General Conditions

The following conditions apply to the sale through Relaxd.nl
  1. Prices
    • Prices are including 19% VAT and excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown at the webshop, before ordering.

  2. Payment
    • Payment is done through the website, right after the order, according to the methods of payment as shown on the webshop (Paypal or i-DEAL).

  3. Delivery
    • Time of shipment of each product is shown at the webshop. Shipment is done by TNT post (within the Netherlands) and ABC mail (outside the Netherlands). During the shipment the terms and conditions of the transport company apply.

  4. Privacy
    • The records given by the client will only be used for the purpose for which the client has given the records.

  5. Warranty
    • If the client is not happy with the sold product, the client will be refunded the
      price of the purchase, excluding shipping costs, if the unused and undamaged
      product is returned in the original packaging within fourteen days starting with
      the day the product was received. The costs for returning the package will be
      paid for by the client.
    • If the client wants to trade a bought product for another product, the client
      will be charged for new shipping costs.
    • Returning and trading is not possible for products in sale.

  6. Conflicts
    • The Dutch law applies to possible conflicts between the client
      and Relaxd.
